The Russian company Positive Technologies and the Algerian company EPE PROXYLAN SPA have signed a Memorandum of Understanding aimed at enhancing cooperation in the field of information and cybersecurity.
Both parties expressed their intention to collaborate on research and educational initiatives, exchange expertise, develop infrastructure, and organize activities that strengthen cybersecurity resilience.
In this context, Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council, Ahmed Azimov, emphasized the wide range of digital domains where Russia and Algeria can collaborate — notably cybersecurity, the development of smart cities, and the implementation of e-government systems, where Russian expertise is considered among the most advanced globally.
