Ivan Nalich, Trade Representative of the Russian Federation in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria:
' Russian companies operating in the digital sector have much to offer Algeria, and the prospects are extensive. At the same time, we would like to see domestic companies show greater interest in the Algerian market by participating in congresses and exhibitions held in Algeria. However, it is important not to expect quick results from the Algerian side. Patience is necessary when working in the Algerian market, as well as an understanding of local specifics. The Trade Mission is ready to provide companies with comprehensive support.'
Olga Yakovleva, "Digital Attaché" in Algeria: 'Information security solutions are the most in demand, followed by solutions for biometric identification, financial technologies, agricultural automation, infrastructure solutions, and 5G equipment, as well as industrial digitalization solutions. Unfortunately, there is limited awareness of Russian solutions in Algeria, except for information security solutions, which have certain advantages. Their quality is undeniably high, and the Algerian side recognizes this and is open to cooperation. We recommend Russian companies participate in local events and join business missions.'
