Algeria has opened a new maritime route for Algeria-Doha freight traffic.
«The state-owned maritime transport company Cnan El Djazair is opening a new Algeria-Doha maritime transport corridor for the benefit of national economic operators»,- ALGEX said in a press release.
Plans to open a new route were announced by Algerian President A. Tebboun during his state visit to Qatar in early 2022.
Regular sea transport to Algeria is provided by MSC, CMA CGM, X-Press Feeders, Arkas, Unifeeder, Marfret, Tarros, Maersk.
