By actively selecting the consent box and submitting the form on rus-alg.com or its mirror rus-alg.ru, I freely, voluntarily and in my own interest consent to the processing of my personal data by the Controller: Азимов Хаджимурат Сахратулаевич (Khadzhimurat Sakhratulaevich Azimov), an individual, postal address: Apt. 79, 1 Sergeya Makeeva Street, Moscow 123100, Russian Federation.
Purpose
Registering and reviewing my request, contacting me, and providing a response.
Data covered
My name, email address, telephone number, organisation name and website, position, information about cooperation with Algeria, areas of interest, message, and any other information that I voluntarily include in the form.
Processing operations
Collection, recording, organisation, accumulation, storage, updating, retrieval, use for reviewing and responding to my request, restriction, deletion and destruction, with or without automated means.
Technical processing
The request is stored in WordPress and sent to info@rus-alg.com. OOO TimeWeb provides the website, database, backup and email infrastructure as a technical processor under its agreement with the Controller. The request is not automatically sent to the Council’s chair, organisations or partners.
Duration
This consent continues until its purpose is fulfilled, but no longer than one year after the final response or closure of the request. Evidence of consent may be kept for three years after processing of the request ends to demonstrate compliance and resolve possible disputes. Data in backups is removed when the backup cycle of up to 30 days ends.
Withdrawal
I may withdraw this consent by emailing h-murad93@ya.ru with the subject “Consent withdrawal”, or by writing to the Controller at the postal address above. The request should include information that allows my submission to be identified.
After receipt, the Controller will stop processing and destroy the data within the period required by law unless another lawful basis applies. Withdrawal does not affect processing carried out before it was received.
