Public Service

At various times, served as Deputy Chairman of the Spiritual Administration of Muslims of the Russian Federation, Deputy Chairman of the Council for Nationalities under the Government of Moscow, and Deputy Chairman of the Public Council under the Moscow Main Directorate of Internal Affairs.
