11th Eastern Economic Forum - Russian-Algerian Business Council

The 11th Eastern Economic Forum will take place on 1–4 September 2026 at the Far Eastern Federal University campus in Vladivostok. It is one of the key business events for the Asia-Pacific region.

The Forum traditionally brings together government officials, business leaders, experts and international partners to discuss global trends, develop practical solutions and shape a long-term strategy for the development of the Russian Far East and Russia.

Key Areas of the Business Programme

The EEF 2026 programme covers three broad thematic areas:

1. New Infrastructure and Technological Sovereignty

Participants will discuss major infrastructure projects, digitalisation, logistics corridors, data centre development, industrial robotics and domestic technology solutions for key sectors of the economy.

2. Investment and Human Capital Development

The agenda will focus on attracting private investment, creating a favourable business environment, workforce development, urban development and improving quality of life in the Russian Far East.

3. International Cooperation and New Markets

The programme will address foreign economic relations, partnerships with Asia-Pacific countries and joint projects in industry, logistics, science, education and innovation.
