Algeria’s Ministry of Foreign Trade and Export Promotion has announced that economic operators’ appeals and enquiries will be accepted electronically until 10 August 2026. In-person reception of companies at the ministry’s headquarters has been temporarily suspended during this period.
Submissions concerning the provisional import programme for the second half of the year should be sent to requete.fonctionnement@mcepe.gov.dz. Enquiries and appeals related to imports for resale in the same condition should be addressed to requete.revente@mcepe.gov.dz.
Matters concerning service imports should be sent to requete.service@mcepe.gov.dz, while export-related enquiries and appeals should be submitted to requete.export@mcepe.gov.dz.
The ministry asks operators to attach the documents and information required to examine their cases. Companies working with Algeria should take this temporary procedure into account when planning shipments and managing import and export formalities over the coming weeks.
