On 11 November 2025, the Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council (RABC), A. Azimov, held a meeting at the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (CACI) with its newly appointed President, Tayeb Chabab.

The parties discussed the development of cooperation between the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia and the Algerian Chamber of Commerce and Industry within the framework of the cooperation agreement signed in April 2025.

Special attention was given to the practical implementation of the agreement’s provisions, including the exchange of business missions, the organization of joint events, and support for direct contacts between entrepreneurs of the two countries.

A. Azimov conveyed congratulations on the appointment on behalf of the President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Russia, S. Katyrin, noting the importance of systematic cooperation between the chambers in strengthening Russian-Algerian business partnership.
