The Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council, Ahmed Azimov, met with Meriem Benmouloud, Algeria’s High Commissioner for Digitalization with the rank of Minister.
The meeting addressed opportunities for Russian companies to participate in Algeria’s digital transformation projects, the use of Russian software products and technological solutions, and the development of cooperation in specialist training and technology transfer.
Particular attention was given to opportunities to localize Russian technological developments in Algeria, attract investment, and establish direct contacts between technology companies from the two countries.
The parties agreed to continue their engagement to identify specific areas of cooperation and develop joint projects.
