On 11 November 2025, the Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council (RABC), A. Azimov, met with the leadership of the Algerian Council for Economic Renewal (CREA) — its President Kemal Mulla, Vice President Samir Yaïci, and Secretary General Ali Omlel.

The parties discussed key areas of cooperation between Russian and Algerian companies.

Kemal Mulla highlighted industrial cooperation as one of the main priorities of the partnership and expressed support for the initiatives of the Russian-Algerian Business Council aimed at developing joint projects between the business communities of both countries.
