On 10 November 2025, the Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council, A. Azimov, held a working meeting with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation to Algeria, A. V. Solomatin.

A. Azimov expressed his gratitude to the Ambassador for supporting the work of the Council and for assisting initiatives aimed at strengthening Russian-Algerian business and economic cooperation.

Special recognition was given to the continuous efforts of the consular service, which ensures the timely issuance of visas for members of the Algerian side of the Council and for entrepreneurs participating in bilateral events.

During the meeting, the parties reviewed the Council’s priorities for the coming period, as well as key areas of cooperation with Algerian partners.
