On 10 November 2025, the Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council, A. Azimov, and the Deputy Chairman of the Strategic Vision Group “Russia–Islamic World,” Marat Gatin, held a meeting with the President of Algeria’s High Islamic Council, Mabrouk Zaid El-Kheir.

The parties discussed cooperation within the “Russia–Islamic World” framework and the development of Russian-Algerian contacts.

Special attention was given to expanding business cooperation between the institutions of both countries and promoting practical initiatives within the Group’s activities.
