On the sidelines of the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum, Ahmed Azimov, Chairman of the Russian-Algerian Business Council under the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation, held a meeting with Vitaly Stepanov, Director General of the Moscow Export Center.

During the meeting, the parties presented the main areas of activity of the Moscow Export Center and the Russian-Algerian Business Council, and discussed possible formats of cooperation to support Moscow companies interested in entering the Algerian market.

Special attention was paid to practical tools for supporting exporters, exchanging business information, and the prospects for organizing joint initiatives aimed at developing trade and economic ties between Moscow and Algeria.

Following the meeting, the parties agreed to develop working cooperation and jointly elaborate projects that could help expand the presence of Moscow businesses in the Algerian market.
