The Russian-Algerian Business Council will organise a business mission to Oran on 5–7 October 2026. Supported by the Roscongress Foundation, the mission will take place during the 13th North Africa Petroleum and Hydrogen Exhibition and Conference, NAPEC 2026.
According to Roscongress, participants will include Algerian government bodies, Sonatrach, Sonelgaz and international energy companies. RABC Chairman Ahmed Azimov highlighted opportunities for Russian businesses in Algeria’s energy modernisation, gas-based chemicals, advanced hydrocarbon processing and hydrogen projects.
The Council is developing tailored meeting programmes for participating companies. Plans include B2B and B2G meetings and discussions on equipment and technology supplies, local manufacturing and joint ventures.
